| AVOCADO DIP Ingredients 2 avocados, peeled and mashed 2 Italian plum tomatoes, finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 2 teaspoons chopped cilantro 1 teaspoon finely chopped green onions 1 tablespoon sour cream 1 teaspoon (more or less to taste) chopped pickled jalapenos Salt and finely ground black pepper to taste 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce 1 teaspoon olive oil, * optional Steps Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
