| SOPCHOPPY SAUCE Ingredients 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon finely chopped onions 1 teaspoon (or more to taste) curry powder 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar Steps Salt, cayenne and black pepper to taste Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk well to blend. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Let stand for about two hours before using. Yield: about 1 cup. |
