REMOULADE SAUCE

Steps:
Boil, peel and chill 3/4 lb. headless shrimp (or use 1/2 lb. chilled crabmeat) and toss with 1/4 cup or to taste remoulade sauce. Place on a bed of lettuce and serve. Serves about 2. Serving Suggestions: Use as a zesty replacement for tartar sauce with all types of cooked seafood. Also great as a "secret sauce" to replace mustard on all kinds of food.
