| SHRIMP HUFFINE Ingredients: 2-4 lbs shrimp (peeled and deveined0 6 garlic toes (chopped) ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon red pepper ¼ teaspoon black pepper ¼ teaspoon oregano ¼ teaspoon rosemary ¼ lb butter 2 bay leaves juice of one (1) lemon or ½ cup white dry wine. Steps: Combine garlic, salt,red pepper, black pepper,oregano, butter, rosemary and bay leaves in a la rge frying pan and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add shrimp and continue to cook until the shrimp are tender. Add the lemon juice or wine and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with french bread.
