| SPICY GRILLED SHRIMP Ingredients 1-1/2 lb. shrimp 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1 Tbsp. Zatarains Shrimp & Crab Boil Steps Devein shrimp by cutting along back side of shrimp, leaving tail intact. Mix yogurt and Zatarain's Shrimp & Crab Boil and pour over shrimp. Let sit for about 1 hour (or more). Heat outdoor grill and grill shrimp on each side to desired doneness. I've done these in the oven and they turned out great! Place them in a cooking dish and bake at about 375 º F for about 3 or 4 minutes. jamesk@mail.doe.state.fl.us |
