With our shipping volume, we're able to ship your crawfish FedEx Priority at no extra cost so your order arrives by NOON, guaranteed.
We pack our live crawfish in a custom reusable styrofoam 'leak proof' cooler with gel
packs to ensure your crawfish arrive in excellent condition. Remember, your
crawfish will arrive before NOON giving you able time to get your party in order
serving the freshest crawfish to your guest. Now that's service!

Crawfishstop.Com offers Ground, 2-3 Day and Overnight delivery from Lafayette, Louisiana to the lower 48 continental United States. For delivery to Alaska, a $12.50 surcharge will be added to your total purchase.
For Saturday delivery, you must select NEXT DAY as your shipping method. A $12.50 fee will be assessed. (please indicate if you need a SATURDAY delivery in our COMMENT text box when checking out).
SHIPPING RATES
Our shipping rates are determined by the total weight of your order and the postal zip code to
where your order is being shipped. Unlike most companies who base their shipping
charges on total dollar value, we use current FEDEX shipping tables. There are no hidden shipping costs. In the event no one is home to receive your order,
FEDEX will leave your package without a signature. No worries!

PERISHABLE FOODS
(excluding LIVE CRAWFISH)
When ordering fresh foods, your total perishable order must be a minimum of 5
pounds (any combination of fresh foods). We use plenty of dry ice or gel packs
with Live Crawfish and a
reusable, custom branded insulated cooler - a packaging combination that will
insure your products arrive frozen and in excellent condition whether you choose
Ground or Overnight as your shipping method.
If you are selecting Ground delivery to ship your perishable foods, your package will be delivered within 9 business days or less from the day we receive your order. If you need your package delivered for a specific date, please advise with a date in the "Comment" box when checking out. You'll see the "Comment" box right after you complete your "Bill To" information.
Crawfish Stop.com is not responsible or liable for deliveries where the customer is not available to receive the order, however FEDEX will leave the package should no one be home. If FEDEX fails to deliver your package on time, for example a day late (and your perishables are spoiled), you will receive a refund for your order and shipping charges incurred. There are no product or money back guarantees on GROUND shipments. Please note that we do not ship perishable foods or live crawfish over the weekend. Basically no deliveries on Sunday or Monday.
For live crawfish orders, your order will arrive by NOON since we ship all LIVE
CRAWFISH via FedEx PRIORITY, a fresh delivery delivery. This allows you to
plan your party the same day your crawfish arrive. For more information on how to keep

page for the crawfish quantity you are ordering.
EMAIL NOTIFICATION
After you shop and checkout, you will receive an email notification stating that
your order is in process. We will then proceed to pick and pack your order for
shipment. If all items are in stock and are ready for shipment, your credit card
will be processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will be notified via
email with a tracking number.
